Selected by Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs to take a newly created role responsible for meeting the university's enrollment objectives, positioning the perception of the university for long-term growth, and helping to achieve its overall vision. The role was created to align, consolidate, and focus eleven siloed departments (over 100 employees) under a unified strategic plan. Managed all channels to the marketplace, including Enrollment Planning, Financial Aid, Public Relations, Marketing, Website, Creative Services, Media Productions (Photo+Video services), and Constituent Services. In five months, negotiated and maintained lead external marketing agency relationship, completed business unit realignment, and collaboratively completed two-year strategic marketing plan.
